billfaster limited trading as “billfaster” provides simple yet fully functional online invoicing software, and cloud accounting software for startups and small businesses.

By clicking the "sign up" or using the service you are deemed to accept and be bound by the agreement (Terms of Service) as stated herein without modification.
billfaster grants you the right to access and use the Service via our website with the particular services and roles available according to your subscription plan. This right is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited by and subject to these Terms of Service. you acknowledge and agree that, subject to any applicable written agreement between the Subscriber and the Invited Users, or any other applicable laws.
By inviting a user , the Subscriber takes full responsibility for access or data granted to the user.
When using the Services, Subscribers and their invited users, (user) must not attempt to compromise the security or integrity of billfaster's systems or hosted networks.
The user must not tamper with, or misuse the Services in any way which may compromise the billfaster service.
The user not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any other part of the billfaster service. Access is restricted to the user's subscribed data.
The user must not transmit, or input into our website, any files that may damage any other person's software or device, offensive material or Data in violation of any law.
It is not permitted to copy, adapt, reproduce, decompile or reverse engineer any part of the billfaster service or website offering.
The Service provided by billfaster is provided "as is" without any kind of warranty. billfaster does not represent or warrant that the website, services, or add-ons are accurate, error-free, complete or reliable.
We are not responsible for any loss, injury, claim, liability, damage, both direct or by consequence related to your use of the Service, or inaccessibility of the Service whether from errors or omissions in the content of this Service or any other linked sites or for any other reason. Use of this Service is at your own risk. billfaster does not represent or warrant that the Site, its server or any linked sites are free of any harmful items.
The user agrees to indemnify and hold billfaster, its directors, officers and employees, harmless from any damage, or demand, or other claim, including legal fees, asserted by any third party due to or arising out of the user's use of or conduct on the website or application.
billfaster reserves the right to change or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will published in this "Terms of Service" page.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. You can request an export of your data by emailing support@billfaster.com and we will export your data free of charge within 7 days of request.
Refunds are limited to a 30 day refund equivalent to one month subscription of the selected price plan. This is solely in regard to our "30 day money back guarantee". No other refunds are permitted.
