billfaster does not share any personal data with third parties, and has always operated an opt-in policy on contacting our customers.
We use an in-app contact system (Intercom) for you to initiate contact with us with any queries you may have. Through this, in the first 45 days of sign-up we will send onboarding material to help you get familiar with the billfaster services.

billfaster is a Software as a Service (SaaS) provider that stores invoicing and accounting data on behalf of its clients.
Information that you provide during registration is necessary to use our service, including, but not limited to, company name, individual name, address, phone number and email address. This registration data will not be shared with anyone or used by anyone other than billfaster to provide you (the client) with a fully integrated software-as-a-service.
Data which we collect and store for you while you use billfaster, our website or our other services include, but are not limited to, your financial data, your customer / vendor lists, and your bank transactions are private and confidential. This client data will not be shared with anyone or used by anyone other than the billfaster client who owns the data.
billfaster uses Geotrust Security Certificate to ensure secure data transfer over the internet.

Access to the client data is achieved through the user's registered email and password. It is the responsibility of the client to keep their password safe.
You can access to your data at any time, and from any internet device that uses supported browsers. No other person other than the authorized user of the account has access to your data.

We backup your data safely and securely on our Microsoft Azure internet hosted servers. You can get a backup of your data at any time by emailing us at backups@billfaster.com.
billfaster reserves the right to delete client data after a client has closed their account and no longer uses the service, or at the client's request.

billfaster does not store any temporary information on your computer or mobile phone device. Sometimes referred to as temporary cookies.
Payments to billfaster are made online through Paypal. No credit card details are stored by billfaster.
If you opt to use billfaster to get paid through PayPal, billfaster only stores the API key, which still requires a customer to login securely to their PayPal account.
You can cancel your subscription to billfaster at any time.
billfaster uses email as its primary form of communication for newsletters, updates, or announcements. You can opt out of these communications at any time.
